Sold Out

As of today, we have sold out of our original vinyl pressings of both our Dead End EP and The Sun As It Comes LP.

I’m so proud of all of our fans for continuing to buy vinyl in an age where music seems to only exist in bits and bytes. You guys make us happy to release music the old-fashioned way.

  • The hand-numbered 300 copies of Dead End are the only copies of that album in vinyl form that will ever exist, save for a couple of extra unnumbered ones that might pop up at our shows from time to time.
  • The 2nd pressing of The Sun As It Comes is in, and is now available in our store. We made 500 more, and we hope they all find good homes soon enough.
Now I know what you must be thinking: Man this band is selling out of their stock of records. They must be making it big!

Well the truth of the matter is that it doesn’t quite work that way. Literally all the money we make selling our music goes back into the band, towards recording new music, pressing new records, making new merch, and the staggering cost of gas and van maintenance for our travels across the country to play concerts for all of you. Don’t get me wrong, we love what we do, but we are still scraping by, and we appreciate you spreading the word about us to friends, coming to shows and buying albums for yourself or friends (holidays are coming— wink wink).

We are counting down to our big last show of the year in Los Angeles on November 8th. You’re not going to want to miss this one. We are playing at the biggest venue yet in our hometown, The Echoplex, with local favorites Torches and Hott MT.

We hope to see you there.

Dave loves you. And he wants you to know how much he loves you. That’s why he carefully flexes his pectoral muscles while playing in a very specific way so as to express his love for you in the form of what he calls “sweat (he)art”.

Dave has really improved as a contortionist on this tour, as was necessary for him to find ways to lie down in the van. Dave calls this one: “Leaping Crane”.

We found this in our stuff. No idea who it was from.
